To ensure safety and provide the best user experience, we need users to verify their accounts (to confirm you are not a bot!) and might request your phone number or Facebook Account. Rest assured, this is only to confirm your authenticity. We won't use your phone number for marketing purposes.

Once you've set up your Profile and used Mago, you can opt to modify details such as your gender, birthday, and other personal information, though these are optional. We might collect data on how and when you use our Services, including your IP address, device details (model, system, MCC), and timezone. We also gather information about your mobile network (5G, 4G, 3G, WiFi) and mobile carrier. This data helps us determine your approximate location for displaying and sharing "nearby" users and moments. You can use our instant message function, which allows you to communicate with other users of Mago. But we recommend and encourage you (and all our users) to consider carefully about the disclosed information of other users . We also do not recommend that you put email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names , addresses, credit card details, national identity numbers or drivers’licence details and other sensitive information in your Profile ,which is open to abuse and misuse.

Additionally, be cautious when sharing sensitive personal information such as your religious beliefs and health status in your Profile. Although you may choose to provide such details when creating your Profile, including your sexual orientation and ethnic background, you are not obligated to do so. Keep in mind that any photos or videos you upload to Mago might disclose these sensitive personal details. By uploading and posting such information, you are giving explicit consent for us to process it. You do so at your own risk, and if you post content that violates our Terms and Conditions of Use, we reserve the right to deactivate your account.
